Personal Computer Services Priding ourselves on a fast turnaround normally same or next business day. Depending on location many personal customers pay a fixed price of £66.00 inc. vat for the collection, repair and return of their computer system. Occasionally faulty parts may need replacing in which case we would give you a call prior to carrying out any further work. A charge of up to 50% may be made for calls which are cancelled by the customer, this is to cover our own costs for collection, delivery and insurance. Charged on a callout and hourly rate. computercare also offers e-voucher contract services where customers purchase 5, 10, 15 e-vouchers giving you a service from the price of a standard callout including the call and up to 3 hours labour depending on contract. e-vouchers are not transferable and must be used within a 12 month period. e-vouchers are for maintenance and servicing only, they do not include training. Customers who have not used their full quota of calls within a 12 month period may be offered a reduced rate for the following year.
