IT SERVICE CONTRACTS - e-vouchers

How does this work? Buy a pack of e-vouchers (minimum 5). Each e-voucher entitles the customer up to 3 hours service including the callout. The vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date. e-vouchers can save you 4 times the typical hourly rate depending on location and usage.

Terms: e-vouchers purchased at time of first call may incur a supplementary charge. unused e-vouchers cannot be carried forward to another year unless per prior agreement. e-vouchers do not include training or any guaranteed fix within the time limitations. Calls beyond 3 hours shall cost a further e-voucher and late calls continuing next working day are also liable for another e-voucher.  When e-voucher packs have been exhausted further packs may be supplied dependant upon the customers requirements (please call first) computer-care.co.uk reserves the right to cancel and refund the e-vouchers under a "fair usage policy". We advise that each e-voucher is valid only for one task and any other tasks will either require another e-voucher or our discretion.  Callout times are often same day, next day however in the unlikely event we cannot be onsite within 3 working days we shall automatically extend the length of your contract.

How much do e-vouchers cost? e-vouchers can save you 4 times the typical hourly rate depending on location and usage. a typical pack for customers within a 10 mile radius of Selby will cost £250 plus vat. Other locations such as York £400, Leeds £500, Hull £450. Prices are not set in stone therefore we ask customers to call us to discuss your particular needs.
